I have been in real estate since 2004, began as an agent, obtained my broker's license shortly thereafter, and purchased Charlotte Solt Real Estate with my business partner Tammy Swinburne in 2012. Our office has been in business since 1987, Carbon county office since 2014, and the customer service that Charlotte started years ago continues today. We sell well over 100 homes a year, and are successful because we care about our clients.
