What is your typical process for working with a new client?

You may reach out to us about a specific house, get set up on a home search, or to ask general questions about looking for your next home or selling your home. We typically meet with clients shortly after getting in touch with them to get to know them, explain the home buying or selling process, and prepare them for their home search. Then, we can show you any home on the market! We can also schedule a time to visit your home to give you a current market value of your home!

What types of buyers or sellers have you worked with?

Everyone! Whether this is your first home, an investment property, or you are downsizing, we have worked with all of the above. We enjoy finding that right property that suits your needs and desires, and also walking you through the trepidation of selling your home to achieve your next goals.

Changing Lives, One Home at a Time

Recently, I handed the keys over to a young couple expecting their first child together. They had some difficulties over the past year and were really looking forward to moving out of their in-laws' house and into a home of their own. Although they had some challenges to work through, I was by their side every step of the way, offering them solutions and showing them the options they had to make their dream of homeownership a reality. Sitting with them at the settlement table and taking that picture in front of their new home filled me with pride and joy seeing them finally achieve what they had been hoping for. This is why we do what we do!

What advice would you give a potential client?

Even if you are several months or even years away from when you plan to buy or sell a home, speak with a realtor now. Having an understanding of the process works and creating a plan for the future is the best thing you can do. And if you are ready to buy or sell now, then let's get talking!
