Two nice things about home ownership in Wellsboro are:
1. The city offers a great quality of life, with a variety of recreational activities and cultural attractions, such as the Grand Canyon Railway, the Deane Center for the Performing Arts, and the Tioga County Historical Society.
2. Wellsboro is a great place to raise a family, as it has excellent public schools and a lower cost of living than many other cities in Pennsylvania.
One not so good thing about home ownership in Wellsboro is that the city can experience harsh winters, making maintenance and upkeep more difficult.
