My name is Mike Kosko and I would like to give you a little info about myself, my background, and my real estate outlooks. I grew up and have lived in York County for over 40 years. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a process engineer for a large well known company that produced blow molding machines and plastic bottles.
My engineer analytical skills for design and trouble shooting have transferred to my work in real estate. They allow me to tune into my client's needs, whether it be for designing a marketing strategy to sell your home or help finding the home that will fit your needs. This combined with great communication and people skills has gotten me very far in the world of real estate.
I love my job and feel that I bring a huge value to the table when it comes to protecting my clients. After all buying or selling a home is probably the largest business transaction that you will be involved with in your life. Let me help guide you in any of your real estate needs.
