Fairless Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is located between the cities of Philadelphia and Trenton, New Jersey, and is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The population of Fairless Hills was approximately 8,500 as of the 2010 census.

Fairless Hills was originally built as employee housing for the nearby U.S. Steel Corporation plant in the 1950s. The town is named after Benjamin Fairless, an executive in the company who was responsible for the construction of the plant.

Today, Fairless Hills is primarily a residential area with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartment complexes. It has a small commercial district, including a shopping center and several restaurants. The town also has several parks and recreational areas, including the Delaware Canal State Park and the Falls Township Community Park, which offers athletic fields and a playground.
