Fleetwood is a borough in Berks County, Pennsylvania, with a population of approximately 4,100 residents. The town was founded in 1853 as Schaefferstown, but its name was later changed to Fleetwood in honor of a local businessman, Andrew H. H. Keim, who owned the town's first textile mill. Fleetwood is known for its historic architecture, including Victorian-era homes and buildings, and is home to several annual events, such as the Fleetwood Community Carnival and the Fleetwood Grange Fair. The town is also part of the larger Reading metropolitan area and offers easy access to nearby parks, lakes, and recreational areas.
