Burnham is a borough located in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is situated in the central part of the state, approximately 24 miles northwest of Harrisburg. According to the 2010 census, the population of Burnham is 2,054.

The village of Burnham was founded by William and John Burnham in 1796, and was originally named "New Lancaster". It was later renamed to Burnham in honor of the founders. Burnham was once a thriving industrial area, with a variety of factories and mills, but many of these have since closed. Today, Burnham is a residential community with a small downtown area that offers a few shopping and dining options.

Burnham is served by the Mifflin County School District and is home to the Mifflin County Academy of Science and Technology, a public career and technical school. The town is also home to Kish Bank, a local community bank, and Burnham OIP, a popular pizza and sub shop. Burnham hosts several community events throughout the year, including a 4th of July celebration and a Christmas parade.
