Frackville is home to the legendary "Hobo Pool," which was built in the 1930s as a public swimming pool for residents and coal miners. However, over time, it became a popular spot for traveling hobos (migrant workers) who would hop off passing trains and stop in Frackville. To this day, the pool remains a symbol of Frackville's unique history and attracts visitors from all over.
