Telford is a borough located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, about 31 miles northwest of Philadelphia. The town has a population of around 5,300 people and covers an area of approximately one square mile.
Telford was originally called "Pool Forge" and was a center of industry and commerce due to its location at the confluence of three streams. Today, the town is a tight-knit community with a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial development.
