He's a certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Specialist working with global luxury sellers and buyers in Providence, East Greenwich, Newport, South County and throughout the state.
Steve is also licensed with The Corcoran Group working with buyers and sellers in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Steve has established an outstanding track record in sales, marketing and business development enabling him to master his skills of communication, market knowledge, offer negotiations, social media marketing, and presenting a home to market to garner the most qualified buyers for his sellers. Most importantly is Steve's thorough understanding of his individual clients' needs which are sometimes complex scenarios of having to sell in order to buy with consecutive closings which can be extremely stressful.
