Over the last 40 years, I have had many endeavors that enable me to bring a wealth of experience to your home buying or selling transaction. Those involvements include personally buying and selling investment properties, as well as starting and running a construction company that built and sold spec homes, and purchased and managed investment property. I also represented a local artist, organizing his shows and overseeing the sales of original works and limited edition prints to many galleries throughout our area. I have edited a novel that has recently been published and written a screenplay from that novel. Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience in formal contract negotiation. In 2003 I retired from almost 30 years as a teacher, a career I loved.

In these capacities, I found there is no such thing as too much organization, too much thinking ahead in an effort to anticipate problems rather than react to them, or too much attention to every detail.
