I moved to Florida over 30 years ago. While in Southwest Florida, I specialized in single family residential re-sales and as well as short-sales/foreclosures. When the children were grown, I decided it was time to move away from the hustle bustle and have a small farm.

I literally searched much of Florida until I found the cluster of North Florida Towns that I call home. I purchased vacant land and built a small farm, so I am very familiar with what it takes to find the perfect piece of vacant land and build a farm from scratch. Thanks to this personal experience I enjoy helping others to realize their dreams.

I opened Sunshine Seekers Realty so that, as the broker and owner, I could offer the type of personalized service that is needed if you are relocating to a new area.
