I work with buyers, sellers and investors who are looking for a seamless real estate transaction. As a four-time trailing spouse since 2011, I also understand the emotions surrounding a person or family relocating from one area to another.

I am passionate about presenting and working through solutions and options for homeowners who are facing a foreclosure, whether they want to remain in the home or not. I have been a party to over 225 short sale transactions, including my own as a consumer in 2004 after a medical crisis with one of our children. Life happens and I work to allow homeowners to exit a mortgage with grace and dignity, if they so choose.

I also enjoy working with both new and experienced agents on their business. As a business owner with both a MBA and a Masters of Management and Leadership, I help fellow business leaders develop efficient systems and processes to streamline and automate the little things so they can focus on the bigger picture.
