Nicole L. Martinez-Marks

A true Northern gem with Southern style, Nicole has been instrumental in making the Aiken, South Carolina real estate market correction after buying her own 17 acre farm upon her arrival in Aiken. What a difference having a broker who has experienced the process of working with local agents to buy a farm in a new area! She has been through the same process her clients face, so she had the chance to see the pitfalls and areas of improvement that the local market needed first-hand. The Aiken market needed a change and it became her mission to take a hard line to ensure Aiken has effective, current pricing and a Realtor that understands that the sale of property is the undertaking of a real estate asset. Highly respected by her clients and colleagues, Nicoles innate ability to advise, assess and analyze market values and trends blended with pure ambition is making a very positive mark on Aiken. Her passion for overcoming the complexities of buying and selling unique properties has attracted some very savvy property owners to her list of satisfied clients. This balance of working with high-wealth clients as well as selling unique properties has allowed her to perfect the art of servicing all clients with excellence, and her natural ability to be a no-nonsense communicator is valued by clients who expect results.

When Nicole is not working directly with local clients, she is networking with her family and business associates in Boston, New York, Connecticut and beyond. Her northern roots have allowed her to assist clients crossing the threshold into owning property in South Carolina and Florida. In addition to spending time on her gated 17-acre oasis on the outskirts of Aiken, Nicole enjoys cool morning rides on her Dutch warm-blood gelding, logging flight hours and exploring a passion for flying a private plane, serving on the Aiken Center for the Arts board and generously donating to FOTAS (Friends of the Animal Shelter) and other philanthropic causes.
