Before Joey started his Real Estate career he graduated from the South Carolina Highway Patrol Academy in Columbia SC in 1984. During that time as a Highway Patrol Trooper, Joey gained knowledge of state laws and working closely with Magistrates, Attorney's, and Courthouse Officials. Joey gained a new respect for the citizen's of Spartanburg County; as well as, his respect for the State of South Carolina. This lead to him having a heart for helping people and being business-minded. Since then, Joey has served as Vice President of a small finance company for over 20 years. He has managed 39 offices with daily operations, such as training, writing policy, computer setup, and doing all hiring/terminations. Joey has experience with Landlords and commercial leases. His ability to multi-task and manage time for you will provide you with great service for you as a home owner. Joey's goal is to provide you with a great experience when buying a home or selling your home. Joey brings professionalism, great service, and knowledge of the upstate to Pack and Company Real Estate. Joey grew up in Spartanburg County and currently lives with his wife Ginger on Lake Bowen. They are active members of New Spring Church in Spartanburg, SC. His wife Ginger is a Speech-Language Therapist at Shoally Creek Elementary School, in District 2. Most evenings Joey and Ginger enjoy the local restaurants and taking long rides on their pontoon boat with their dog Phebee.
