Keep you informed of deadlines
Direct you to state and local agencies that govern our communities and waterways Help to coordinate showings and inspections
Prepare contract addendums & disclosures
Communicate effectively with other agents when coordinating showings and negotiating contracts to get you from Contract to Close and have fun doing it!
