As two Lifetime members of the Central Carolina REALTORS Association Circle of Excellence, Danny and Karen combined their successful, but separate, Real Estate businesses in 1992. In 2013 they added Courtney Hinson as their Business Coordinator...who in 2014 became Courtney Hood, their Daughter-in-Law! 2014 also saw the addition of their son, William DiMaggio as a licensed Realtor concentrating on assisting buyers in finding and purchasing their dream homes! Soon thereafter, THE HOOD TEAM added their Daughter-in-Law, Jessie DiMaggio, as the Team's Closing Coordinator. This arrangement has allowed them to give the maximum level of service! Their customers and clients enjoy having all of these competent professionals working for them! Newcomers rely on Real Estate Agents to accurately match their wants & needs with homes, areas and/or neighborhoods. Though they have been in Columbia since the early 1980's, Danny and Karen know what it is like to relocate to this area. Danny is originally from North Carolina but came to Columbia from Charleston, South Carolina, and Karen moved here from Michigan. (In addition, they have relocated several of Karens family members from the Detroit area). Being able to relate to your relocation experience allows them to be more helpful to you!
