I am a native of North Carolina and have lived in the Charlotte area for the past 10 years. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After college, I moved to the Charlotte area to start my career in pricing, and through this position, learned the necessities of competitive research, pricing analysis and consumer pricing perception. While working full-time, I completed my MBA at Wake Forest University. During my corporate career, I designed a pricing model for newly acquired international companies, supported pricing and promotion as a member of the financial planning and analysis team at a Fortune 100 company and successfully managed multiple cross functional IT projects. I am now bringing my experience as I join The Beacon Group at Keller Williams to support clients with their real estate needs. I am using this experience to provide relevant and detailed market analysis when listing homes and assisting buyers making an offer.
