Originally from Williamsburg, Virginia, he fell in love with the South Carolina Lowcountry while earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Charleston in the 1980s. Post-graduation, Bart earned his real estate appraisal license and honed his skills at two local firms before founding his own appraisal firm in 2000. Over the years, he has appraised hundreds of residential properties, acquiring an intimate understanding of Charlestons diverse sub-markets.
