Billy is intensely active in real estate in the Charleston area, and he is excited to work with you wherever you are in lifeas a buyer, seller, investor, or first-time homebuyer! He can help you with the purchase of a home or an investment property, and he loves to work with tracts of land and waterfront property.
Billy was born in upstate South Carolina. His family moved to Charleston when he was a year old, and he has lived here ever since. Billy graduated with a B.S. from the University of Georgia and attended graduate school at UNC-Chapel Hill in marine science. After college, he bartended in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he met his lovely bride. They have been blissfully married since 1993 and have two children, Blake and Maddie. After the restaurant business and before his real estate career, Billy spent the bulk of his professional life managing his familys tractor and farm equipment dealership. He is an active and enthusiastic member of his church.
