Real Estate is my life!! What a cheezy thing to say but there is something of the truth in that saying.....I do love life and have a good time but some of the small joys I recieve day to day are helping homeowners sell their homes and helping buyers find "just that right home"! I have been blessed with 15 years of success in this business.....in the good years and in the tough years.
In my years as a certified real estate agent I have assisted in closing a lot of contracts on sold properties, but also made lots of friends. Once I have met someone and work with them, I like to consider them a friend. I also like to help them in meeting their goals. Usually that involves selling a home or finding that new home. Building a level of trust with a client and developing that professional relationship to me is very important.
I have many professonal friends, Realtors, Attorneys, Lenders, Insurance, and Contractors who I am proud to call friends that I have worked with in my years as a Realtor. As co-workers of mine, each of them know that when I am working with a client, the paperwork will be complete and all associated will feel the job was done to each persons satisfaction.
Introducing the Greater Columbia area to newcomers of the Midlands of South Carolina is one of the benefits of this job. This is such a great area to live in with lots to do all the time....and to top that off you are only an hour and a half away from the mountains and just about the same distance to the beautiful Carolina shores. Can it get any better than that? I don't think so!!
I enjoy working with first time home buyers, repeat homeowners and folks retiring to the area or downsizing. Many of my clients gladly refer their family, friends and co-workers to me....they know my work ethic and know that I will take good care of them.

One thing I have found to be true is, "hard work and perseverence pay off"....I was always taught that and I believe it. If you want it, you have to earn it, and I do!
