From California to Canada with a few places in between, Michelle Davis spent most of her formative years in Southwest Georgia. She is a Georgia girl at heart and is a proud alumni of the University of Georgia. Having received a BFA in Interior Design. After college she went home to Albany and built a career in her first love, Interior Design. Through her career as a designer, Michelle built strong relationships helping her clients transform their spaces into the homes of their dreams. She loved helping generations of families with their design needs. Fast forward 20+ years and Michelle realized another dream - Real Estate. As she worked with Builders consulting in spec homes, leading to Staging and Open Houses, Michelle found Real Estate to be just as rewarding. Assisting Buyers in finding the perfect homes for their needs can be challenging but Michelle is up for it. She thrives on the hunt, Researching, Showing Homes and Negotiating the best deal for her clients. Listing homes for her Sellers is also important to her Real Estate business. Helping the Sellers put their best foot forward for the first impression on the Market is key to Selling the home fast. Preparing the Buyers and Sellers for every stage of the process is crucial to a smooth transaction. Finally, after falling in love with Charleston almost 30 years ago and several visits over the years, Michelle moved to the Lowcountry 2.5 years ago.
