Hi future Buyers and Sellers!!
My name is Kimberly....I have traveled the country and lived in many places and East TN is now where I call home.
I'm licensed in both Fl and TN and have 14 years into a very successful real estate career working with both SELLERS and BUYERS!. I've sold large land sales, small land sales, lot sales, city sales, country sales, lake front sales, short sales, foreclosure sales, beach front sales, rehabs, investments, trailer and double-wide sales! If you can find a sale I haven't yet done I'm in!!
As an agent I searched the entire country for land to build with the long term goal of retirement and the best places for us as part of our criteria. We searched for 2 years around the country. We were looking for inexpensive land in comparison to the rest of the country and no state tax, no retirement tax, I found a few listings in East TN area and we took a ride!
We purchased our property and went through the building process, excavation, well, septic then construction etc. Its not as hard as you think! I can guide you and have many references!
In the end we found that its really like going back to the 50's ....in a very good way. A hand shake still gets you a persons word and country people are the soul of this place.

For those of you who need an agent to SELL their property. I'm your girl! I do know a lot of the ways agents could put your listing in a bad light by not offering a fair commission, using your property to generate leads and not showing the property because they don't have the ATV or jeep required to see it. Some take 2 pictures and disappear. Maybe they just don't answer their phone. I'm not trying to put agents in a bad light. I want you to know that I have seen these things and its not what you deserve as a seller. I have experience and I do a great job!
You want a realtor that will work very hard for you with good communication throughout the process! You don't want a list and forget person.
When searching for an agent to list, keep in mind that someone that works with a lot of buyers is going to already have people that might have interest in your listing! Our company has over 600,000 buyers in a national database. Maybe they aren't looking here right now but they might based on information they have in front of them.
I'm very ethical person and understand the stress of selling, I've sold many of my own homes along with houses, condos, land, large and small tracts, lands with a home, barn, creeks, ponds, lakes.... you name it.
