I am a lifelong resident of Bristol, TN. After a 20 year career in the automotive industry which included co-owning Thomas Brothers Auto in Johnson City and an association with Chip Thomas Consulting (a local company which offers sales and motivational training to automotive and non-automotive companies nationally). I began a real estate career in 2004. I obtained Rookie of the Year and numerous salesperson of the month awards with Heritage Homes and in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 was awarded Top Salesperson of the Year. I have also been presented with the Bristol TN/VA Association of REALTORS Sales Achievement Award in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. In 2009 I was presented with the BTVAR Lifetime Sales Achievement Award, (this award discontinued in 2010) and was Top Sales Agent in Bristol for 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013 per Mls statistics. In 2006 I obtained two nationally recognized designations to enable me to serve my clients more efficiently and effectively - The ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative (only 11% of REALTORS nationally hold this designation) and also GRI-Graduate of REALTORS Institute (only 8% of REALTORS nationally hold this designation. In 2008 I obtained the nationally recognized e-PRO designation. In 2010 I obtained my Brokers License and on December 30, 2011 I joined the Real Estate Company at Prestige Homes of The Tri Cities, Inc. where I've been Top Salesperson for 2012-2023 and will continue to provide buyers and sellers in both Tennessee and Virginia a level of service that is second to none in meeting their Real Estate needs. On January 27, 2012 I was awarded The (BTVAR) Bristol Tennessee Virginia Association of REALTORS "2011 REALTOR of The Year Award".
