Bacon, wine, tacos and pizza. what more do you need to know? If a person I'm looking to do business with, has those four things at the top of their list, then I'm usually pretty good with that. I mean, I could tell you about my two teenage boys, whom I absolutely adore, or I could tell you about my beautiful wife who makes me the luckiest guy in the world. I could tell you about my wonderful church, River City Church located in Bartlett and how awesome all the people there are, especially the kids who my wife and I teach on Sunday mornings.

I could tell you how I grew up in Memphis, and moved to the suburbs once I had children. I could tell you how I went to a small private school in Frayser for elementary called Sky-View Academy, and then graduated from to Craigmont High School.

You may be interested to hear that I've lived in multiple areas of town, including Midtown, East Memphis, and Cordova while I was in College. You may even find it awesome that I graduated from the University of Memphis, and that I'm a huge Tiger fan. I could even tell you that I majored in Finance and had a minor in Marketing and Accounting, or that I am a Sigma Chi and how that choice helped define my life.

You may laugh at the fact that it took me 8 years to get my 4 year degree, but then I would tell you "Hey I was a bartender, and I loved it, and I wasn't in any hurry to make those good times end. You've seen Van Wilder......"

I could tell you how I've been in real estate since 2006 and I'm getting close to 250 closings. I could tell you how I've been the top agent in my office on a regular basis over the years, or that I'm ALSO a licensed loan originator and the top originator in my office regularly as well. I could tell you about how I've qualified for the multi million dollar club by selling over 3 million dollars in real estate in a year for most of the years I've been an agent, or the multiple designations I hold that gives me the ability to put some little letters after my name.

If you were interested in it, I could tell you how I have a great marketing plan to sell your home, and how I leverage social media to get the most exposure for the homes I sell. I could show you the pictures that my photographer takes and how great the two page color flyers I put in front of all my listings are. I could let you in on my secret open house plan that gets as many people through the door on the first day of showings as possible to help get you the highest price for your property.

If you were a first time buyer, I could explain to you how I go over the entire contract so that you understand the 11 pages full of legal jargon you've got to sign and the 20 other pages of disclosures and disclaimers that go along with it so you know what you are signing instead of just saying "sign here". I could tell you how I feel it's my job to point out all the things wrong with a property that we are looking at, and the potential downfalls to resell that a home has before you buy it. I could tell you how I want to make sure that you get all the possible information you need to make an informed decision for yourself about whether to buy a home or not. I could tell you that if it's advice you are looking for during this process you'll get plenty of it from me, but that I would never push you to buy any certain home, just my advice that some homes may be a better fit for you than others.

If this wasn't your first rodeo, (because the home buying process has a lot of ups and downs) I could tell you how easy this process can be with the technology and tools I have available to streamline the process, including digital signatures that you can sign on your phone. I could tell you about my in house mortgage company that allows me to be your one point of contact throughout the entire process, and how you wouldn't have to juggle a bunch a people like inspectors, appraisers, lenders underwriters, loan originators, closing teams, and attorneys to get to the end.

I could tell you all that.

But I'm not going to, I'm just going to tell you that I'm a GREAT juggler, I like bacon, wine, tacos, and pizza.... not necessarily in that order.... and that I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about me, how I sell homes, or how I can help you with the most important purchase of your life.
