My real estate career began in 1988 in Atlanta, Georgia as an affiliate broker. I moved to Nashville over 20 years ago and resumed my real estate career in the Greater Nashville area in 2001. Since resuming my real estate career: I am a certified Acredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). I have met rigorous guidelines for assisting Buyers locate, negotiate and successfully purchase their dream homes. I have earned a certification as a Short Sale, Foreclosure Resource Specialist (SFR). I have been educated to help my Buyers and Sellers work through the difficult process of selling and buying distressed properties. I was the sales manager for 6 years with a large home builder in Middle Tennessee. I have received the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee Circle of Excellence Platinum Award for sales in excess of $11,000,000. I have closed over $10,000,000 in sales volume in 2011. I have been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past 11 years. I am an active member in National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and Williamson County Association of Realtors. I have 2 beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband of 21 years. I am an active member/volunteer of Brentwood United Methodist Church, St. Jude, World Vision and enjoy all forms of exercise, especially long distance running.
