Married 37 years to Richard Holder, Contractor, Kathy has three children and eight grandchildren. She is a member of Potts Chapel United Methodist Church where she is currently serving as Lay Leader. Kathy was employed with Town and Country Realtors in 2006 through 2012. Resigned in 2012, and started actively listing and selling real estate. She loves meeting people and helping them find them forever at home. Prior to her Real Estate Career, she worked in purchasing for a multi-million dollar manufacturing facility in Lexington, TN 21 years. The last two years of her employment with them she was the Purchasing Manager. In 2006 she went to work for Town and Country Realtors in their relocation and foreclosure division where she worked until 2012. Kathy has worked with many buyers and sellers in Jackson, Madison County, and all surrounding counties. Kathy is also a Notary Public for the State of Tennessee which she has found to be very beneficial within the real estate industry.
