Wesley Adkins has served as an Affiliate Broker with Highlands Elite Real Estate since 2021. Adkins also dually serves as the General Manager for the Panera Breads Cookeville location, a training location for Panera managers and executives new to the brand from different areas throughout the southeast.
Adkins, having varied industry experience, has always kept consistent in the act of serving others. Previously working in the dental field, the property management field, the restaurant industry, and finally the real estate industry, he believes that a true sign of a job well done is the happiness provided to others after a fully realized relationship! The professionalism and attention provided to every transaction, along with thorough communication makes him the perfect choice to work with.
This has continued in his personal life, as an advocate in the Ambassador Program for the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, as well as a supporter of the Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity and the Heart of the Cumberland.
A lifelong resident of the Upper Cumberland, Wesley is so proud to call Cookeville home. Raised on a working tobacco and cattle farm in the Spring Creek area, he hails from a long history of family members with entrepreneurial and public service ties within the community. You can find them offering their land management services at 1st Choice Lawncare & Landscaping, serving bar-b-que at their local restaurant, Bobby Qs, selling flooring and antiques at Migliores Carpets & Interiors, and providing laundering services at Mills Linen. In prior roles, his father and grandfather served in the capacity of County Commissioner for the 12th district for a combined 20 plus years of service.
Wesley, son of Rick Adkins and the late Angela Migliore-Adkins, and proud uncle to Hudson Adkins, son of Wade and Amanda Adkins, currently resides in the same area that his family farmed for the past century in Cookeville with his partner, Benjamin Gamby and their ridiculous menagerie of animals!
