Brittney Testerman Griffith is an established Realtor for the Greater Nashville area and an active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Tennessee REALTORS, and Greater Nashville REALTORS since 2007. In 2015 she studied to get her brokers license, became the managing broker of Avenue Real Estate and was offered the option to purchase the company. Without hesitation, she took up the opportunity becoming the owner/broker of Avenue. I never dreamed this is where I would be in my career today, but am so excited for what the future holds!

Born in Knoxville, TN where her family owns and operates a Realty/Construction company, Brittney has resided in Nashville for the past 29 years. She attended Holy Rosary Academy, Father Ryan High School and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she graduated with a degree in Marketing and a minor in International Business, in 2007. While there, she was also a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority.

Brittneys passion for real estate was apparent at an early age, and over the years she has gained a great understanding of the real estate market. I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because Im experienced, because Im professional . . .and because I care. Working with buyers and sellers is a partnership. We have to work together to get the results you want", states Brittney. She considers herself a Nashville real estate advisor and absolutely loves what she does. Working with both the buyer and the seller, to achieve the most desirable outcome for her clients, is the most exciting part of her job.

The real estate market is much trickier than most people realize. Brittneys involvement, experience, and knowledge proves to be beneficial and essential to both current and future clients, who are looking for the best real estate agent to handle their needs.

In addition to selling real estate, Brittney serves on the Father Ryan Board of Trustees, was on the 2015-2017 Great Nashville Realtors Board of Directors, is the past Habitat for Humanity chair and past Young Professional Chair (YPN) for GNAR, volunteers for the Ronald McDonald House, was on the Father Ryan Alumni Board, a past member of The Junior League of Nashville and co-chaired their Club Twenty-Two Fundraiser for 2014.

In 2013, 2014, & 2016 Brittney was honored with a Gold Award from GNAR selling over 30 homes each year. For 2015, 2017, 2018 she received the platinum for selling more than 35 houses in the calendar year. She is currently a Life Member for receiving an award for 5 consecutive years.

Brittney currently resides in the White Bridge Neighborhood with her husband Patrick, their daughter Cecilia (3), son Davis (2), and 2 dogs Maddie and Titan. They are expecting their 3rd bundle of joy in May 2020.
