I was born and lived in the St. Paul area of Minnesota for my first 38 years. I moved to the Johnson City, TN because of the great beauty of the area as well as the fantastic people that I have been fortunate to have become friends with since moving here 22 years ago. I know that this is home. I am a proud father and grandfather and am married to Zella Reedy Chantry. I have been a Realtor for 25 years.
I was the Principal Broker at Pro Service, REALTORS for 21 years. I am currently a broker of Dream Homes Realty of Johnson City.
I have built my business on the foundation of first building relationships with my clients based on honesty and integrity and using my years of experience to assist them. I believe in the Golden rule of treating each person the way I would want to be treated. I believe in treating your time as a commodity that is in short supply.
I also believe in giving each client clear and simple communication. Keeping in touch and using the knowledge I have gained to guide you in your transaction whether buying or selling.
I serve on the Tn / Va regional MLS and have served on the board of directors of NETAR in the past. I also serve on the board of directors of Contact Ministries 211. I am a Kiwanian and enjoy serving to help the children of our community.

I am an avid reader of books and enjoy riding horses and am an owner of Steeplechase race horses. I am in the process of having my first book published and look forward to writing more in the future.
