Sarah Beth Paul

My early years in Nashville were spent co-opening the East Nashville's Red Arrow Gallery, and forging relationships in art & design and hospitality. I moved from the restaurant world, after managing and bartending at establishments throughout Ohio, California, and Tennessee, and made my jump into real estate in Nashville in the summer of 2016.

I have always had an affinity for architecture, specifically historical preservation. Real estate was an easy decision for me. It was only natural to pursue a combination of my love for houses and design with my desire to provide optimum service to my clients. After a year in property management at sneaky ninja, inc., where I learned everything from how to draft documents to how to cut and tile a floor (I am very confident with a drill), I made the decision to spread my wings and work on my own with buyers and sellers here in Nashville.

I joined the Vibe Realty team in early 2018, where I crafted the team I have today. We joined Parks in November of 2023 and will be staying with them as we transition into Parks x Compass later this year.

My passion is working with buyers and investors to make sound financial decisions that will allow them to create the future they want and deserve.
