Born into an entrepreneurial family and a former business owner herself, customer service and people skills are in Lila's DNA. Originally from Northern New York, Lila relocated to Cleveland Tennessee after accepting a position with a local company as a sales trainer. She committed to 3 years there, but after falling in love with the surrounding mountain vistas and small-town life, 40 years later, she still happily calls Cleveland her home. Lila has worked as a sales rep and sales consultant for privately owned and Fortune 500 companies and was a local business owner with over 60 employees for 10 years. After raising her children, her dream of being a REALTOR has come true.

Lila has 3 children that people hear about regularly. Taylor is a logistics specialist and entrepreneur, Thomas and his husband PJ are foster parents and social media influencers and her daughter Sydney is a Chattanooga Police Officer.
Lila serves on the Community Outreach and Cultural Diversity committees at her local REALTORS Association and proudly volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) advocating on behalf of children who have experienced abuse and neglect. In her free time, Lila enjoys hanging out with her kids and watching too much Netflix.
