Cheri Spinazzola has been in real estate for 31 years. She has been a Broker for 14 years and has owned her own real estate firm as well. Cheri now hangs her license with Exit TLC Realty in Lenoir City, TN.
Cheri began her real estate career in Nashville, Tennessee where she worked in commercial property management for twenty years, and managed a variety of properties from small retail shopping centers and office buildings, to the 1.2 million square foot Opry Mills Mall. She was General Manager of Opry Mills, next to the Grand Ole Opry, for five years and helped with the Grand Opening of this Mills property in May, 2000.Cheri earned the highly respected Certified Property Manager designation in 1998 through the Institute of Real Estate Management as well as the designation of Real Property Administrator through the Building Owners and Managers Institute. She holds the Tennessee Broker Real Estate License. Cheri has been featured as a speaker for IREM and has written articles for the Journal of Property Management. Spinazzola moved back to her hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee in 2011 to be with her family. She has a husband, 2 sons, and a rock band as well! Purely embracing the beauty of the East Tennessee mountains, Cheri is thrilled to be helping people in this community to find their new home.
