In October, 1999, after several great years of working in diverse areas within global, Fortune 500 corporations, I became a Realtor. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is that the customer has a choice. Each time a buyer or seller chooses me to represent them in the purchase or sale of their home, I am grateful. In addition to attending required Continuing Education classes, In June, 2017 I received my Brokers license. I attend classes regularly to ensure my knowledge is current and that I am prepared to provide professional representation in our ever changing world of Real Estate. I earned the SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) Certification to be able to professionally represent distressed sellers and to protect buyers. The AHWD (At Home With Diversity) certification helped me to learn to work effectively with and within todays diverse real estate market. The (CIPS) Certified International Property Specialist program includes intensive study focusing on the critical aspects of international real estate transactions. This is beneficial as I often work with customers from other countries and who speak Spanish as their first language. I earned the SRES designation to be able to work with our seniors market more effectively. I am also a lifetime member of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi Million Dollar Club.
