My name is Patrick Rhodes and I want to be your Real Estate Specialist! I have been a licensed real estate agent for almost three years and currently serve as the team lead for the Umbarger Group at Advantage Realty Partners in Manchester, TN. I specialize in meeting needs of buyers, sellers and investors in the Southern Middle Tennessee area.
I relocated from South Florida in 2010 and quickly fell in love with the small town charm that is Tullahoma. I pride myself in being able to conduct transactions in whatever area of the market that serves my clients needs, however my coverage predominately includes: Coffee County, Franklin County, Bedford County, and Moore County which contains Manchester, Shelbyville, Winchester, Estill Springs, Normandy, and Tullahoma.
I truly believe that my extensive background in customer service prepared me for a career in real estate. I learned the importance of developing personal relationships that extend beyond my job function. My career is more than just the buying and selling of homes.
