Rick joined the United States Air Force right out of high school where he served for 6 years. A Florida native, Rick then settled back into his home town Tampa Bay area where he became a law enforcement officer serving for more than 25 years.
During that time, Rick graduated from Saint Leo University, and started his real estate career with Keller Williams Realty in 2005. Ricks wife Karen also joined Keller Williams that same year where they formed The Cochran Team. They focused their business on residential real estate transactions including first-time homebuyers, beachfront vacations homes, and homes with acreage.
Spending vacations in the Smoky Mountains, Rick and Karen fell in love with the beauty and charm of east Tennessee. After retiring from law enforcement in January 2019, Rick and Karen made the decision to move to Maryville, and rejoined their Keller Williams family.
After making the move they always dreamed of, The Cochran Team now focuses their business on residential home sales, and helping clients find their perfect dream homes in the beautiful foothills of east Tennessee.
