Deborahs background includes a wealth of knowledge and experience including credit underwriting, financial banking, financial analysis, risk management and real estate. She received her B.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from The University of Memphis. She received her M.B.A. in Management from Strayer University. Before becoming a Realtor in 2004, Deborah worked in the credit and banking industry for a combined 13 years. Deborah is a licensed Realtor in both Tennessee and Mississippi. She is currently serving as the 2021 Women's Council of Realtors President. She is also currently serving as the 2020-2021 President of the Multi-Million Dollar for the National Association of Realtors. She has previously served in various leadership roles such as the 2015-2016 Director for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) and as the 2015-2016 Treasurer for the National Association of Realtors (NAREB). She has served as the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Budget/Finance Chair for the Womens Council of Realtors. Deborah has also previously served on both the Grievance and RPAC committees for the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. Deborah is a Life Member of MAARs Multi-Million Dollar Club. Deborah was honored as one of Tri-States Defenders 2012, Fifty Women of Excellence award recipients. Deborah is married to Larry Williams Jr. and they have a daughter, Layla and a son Ronald, whose service in the military has made her a super proud Army Mom. Deborahs hobbies include reading, visits to the movies, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
