Murphie Clem

Murphie Clem was born and raised in Alabama and relocated to Nashville in 2014. Before moving to Nashville, she spent time traveling internationally with her husband to support his career in construction. Being involved in the city is important to Murphie, and she is actively involved in the Junior League of Nashville among other nonprofit organizations. In her spare time, Murphie enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family outdoors and traveling. Prior to real estate, Murphie worked in the healthcare industry and in pharmaceutical sales. Her favorite thing about working in real estate is building relationships and problem solving. She believes everyone deserves to work with a professional and knowledgeable Realtor that will negotiate on their behalf when purchasing or selling one of their largest assets. Murphie believes there is a difference between a house and a home, and she enjoys helping her clients find the home of their dreams. She also believes that with her professional network and expertise she is able to simplify the home buying process, which in turn takes the stress out of the transaction for her clients. She's able to regulate emotions by educating and guiding her clients through each step of the transaction to ensure a simple and easy process.
