Tonna Heath, Principal Broker and owner of the firm, is an astute business woman with several years of professional marketing experience with Brown Forman and various other major corporations. She entered the real estate market fourteen years ago and quickly became one of Coldwell Banker Andrews top agents specializing in the luxury market. She is involved in developing/building luxury homes and condominiums in the greater Nashville area acting in some instances as an equity partner and in other situations as a real estate adviser consulting on architectural designs for a target audience and completing the marketing and sales transaction. She also devotes a good deal of her practice toward the more traditional brokerage role of Buyer Representation and assisting clients with the sale of their homes. No matter what the project at hand, she brings solid analysis and negotiating capabilities to her clients corner.
Tonna is a native of Kentucky and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. Tonna holds several real estate designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), E-Pro, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
