Kim has been married to her college sweetheart for 28 years. They have one daughter in college and love spending time as a family biking and boating. Kims husband, Milan, is her un-licensed real estate assistant. Kim and Milan first began their real estate careers in 2004 when they started building spec homes and "flipping" homes as a hobby. That love of the real estate world changed her career path and eventually led her to seek her real estate license. That decision was a rewarding one, as Kim was named Top Selling Agent in only her second year in full-time business and in consecutive years. She has also maintained the Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award for multiple consecutive years. Kim is also a THDA Mortgage Loan Certified Realtor with a Business Management Degree and a graduate of TN Real Estate Education System and a graduate of Realtor's Institute.
