Brian grew up just outside of Charlotte and moved to Charlotte permanently after graduating college in 1992. Brian's extensive knowledge of the area helps buyers and their families find the perfect home in the area that best fits their needs, and also helps sellers realize the maximum value of their homes, whether it is in Lake Norman, Center City, Ballantyne or anywhere in between! Before moving in to real estate full time, Brian spent almost 15 years in mortgage financing, allowing him to offer that expertise as an added bonus to his clients, especially when working with first time home buyers. Brian truly believes that being a real estate agent is about connecting with buyers or sellers on a personal level and listening to what will make them happy when purchasing or selling a home. When not selling real estate Brian spends most of his time with his wonderful wife doing outdoor activities such as hiking, boating, skiing, and there is always a good chance you will catch him at the National Whitewater Center. Brian loves outdoor cooking and is an overall foodie. He is a BBQ fanatic and participates in the Queen City BBQ Championship every year. He is an avid college football and Carolina Panthers fan and attends all Panther home games.
