Scott is a sixth generation Dickson County resident. He and his family own a Century Farm just outside of Dickson, which has greatly contributed to Scott's knowledge of and familiarity with the area and its land, industries, and its resources. He has also worked in various different industries within the region.
Scott began his real estate career in the early 90's buying rental properties, developing small tracts of land, and building commercial buildings. When he decided to pursue a career in real estate representation, he landed at Charles Woodard & Associates, a 40-year-old brokerage and auction company. After about 8 years working and learning under one of Dickson's most trusted brokers and auctioneers, Scott decided to start his own firm. He opened E4 Real Estate Group in 2015.
Scott has worked on countless commercial deals, including some of the biggest industrial land deals in recent Dickson history. He has experience in various areas of commercial real estate, including auctions, leases, land sales, office space, and commercial warehouse sales. He is ready to help you with your next commercial deal.
