I joined Goldman Partners Realty in 2013 as a commercial real estate broker and brought 30 years of experience marketing multifamily real estate and investment properties.I have been active in commercial real estate sales since 1984. Since moving to Knoxville in 1996, I have become well known as a premier multifamily broker and have been been involved in the sale of over 500 properties in the Knoxville area alone. With over 30 years of marketing and selling apartment investment properties in the Knoxville area as well as owning numerous apartment properties have given me a unique knowledge base for the local market. I work with many investors from other areas who find my experience with the local market invaluable when evaluating multifamily or commercial opportunities.I attained the CCIM designation in 2010. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of a graduate level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying experience. The curriculum addresses financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis, the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. According to the CCIM Institute only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. CCIM members are held to the highest industry standards of honesty, ethics and knowledgeable dealing in all aspects of their work.
