Prior to obtaining my real estate license in 2002, I had a career in business development at the highest corporate level and have strong negotiation skills.
My real estate operation in the D/FW from '02-'09 thrived in the worst real estate market since the Great Depression. In that period, I averaged 42 days on market for all my residential listings and all but one property sold at or above the average price per square foot for similar properties within that subdivision.
In 2010, I transition into the default mortgage industry and was an asset manager for CoreLogic handling the Bank of America REO portfolio. In 2012, I became a Valuation Analyst for Fannie Mae establishing values for both loss mitigation options and home values for the FNMA Asset Management Division. I was promoted to Appraiser II and the only member of the 90 Valuation Department not a licensed appraiser with 10 years minimum appraisal experience. I know residential values beyond any training real estate agent might attain.
In 2015, I moved to Central Texas to be closer to 3 daughters and my grandkids. Before starting my real estate operation in August 2017 here in Bell County, I was a Mortgage Banking Officer for BBVA Compass so I know loan programs above the typical real estate agent's understanding.
As part of my real estate business here in Bell County, my wife Carey & I work to help people repair or establish their credit to be able to meet their financial needs and we've help many achieve their dreams of home ownership.
