We love the location of this South Austin Duplex.

78745 is one of the favorite zip codes for investors these last few years and for good reason. Its a short drive from major employment corridors like Southwest Parkway, Downtown Austin and St Davids on 290. Also, this is one of the rare areas where prices are reasonable (for now) but there is lots of upside. One of our favorite attributes about this particular deal - the layout.
