With a degree in Interior Design from Baylor University, Cherie brings an eye for design to the home buying and selling process. From helping buyers visualize themselves and their belongings in a new home to staging sellers homes to sell, Cheries expertise proves invaluable to her clients. A JKB Realty Group team member for over 6 years, Cherie works seamlessly with the team to help all of her clients make wise investment decisions.
Cherie is also a new construction expert. She navigates the complex building process with her clients to help them choose the perfect neighborhood and builder, negotiate the contract, make design selections that will be good for resale, and manage the long building process from start to finish.
As a resident of Easton Park in Bryant Park since the very beginning of the neighborhood in 2016, she is extremely knowledgeable about the community in general and about all of the real estate opportunities available from resale homes to new construction options. She is heavily involved in the community as a member of the HOA resident ambassadors program and founder of both the Supper Club and the Infant Mom Support Group.
In her free time, Cherie enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
