Born on the coast of Mississippi so Gulfport is my hometown but Texas is home. As an SMU Alum who enjoys learning I pursue education, knowledge and experience regarding real estate and investing and have more than one hundred coursework experiences under belt from multiple institutions across the country.
I also look for opportunities to share what I know with others through teaching, speaking and consulting engagements. I supplement my real estate interest with further self-educating in subject areas ancillary to real estate such as tax, insurance and construction which is ultimately of great benefit to my clients, especially those who invest regularly in real estate.
My firm provides a broad array services including Ranch, Land & Farm sales, home buying and selling from your first home to your last; investment buying and selling; property management & leasing (from single family homes to apartment communities), guidance through Short Sales & Foreclosure rescue, Broker Price Opinions and REO services, as well as advisory and consulting services.
I believe that at the starting point, most families are about five to ten houses away from their dream home and retirement package. And it is on the stairway from that first home to that dream home where each decision on a house bought and sold moves you one step closer to that dream home and the replacement income needed for retirement, if done right.
As an investing broker, I personally invest in real estate for profit developing a retirement portfolio for my family. I consider any real estate purchase to be a financial investment and it should be evaluated with investing principles. Whether it is your personal residence or an income producing property, it is an investment endeavor and should be assessed as such. I enjoy investing and helping others interested in investing to do the same.
