Sherry, a Montana native, has lived in both Africa and Europe and understands the challenges of moving to a foreign country. When she relocated to Houston in 2005, she realized she had unique insight to offer expatriates coming to the U.S., and she quickly became the go-to agent for international clients moving to Houston.
In 2012, with seven years of real estate experience and a brokers license under her belt, Sherry founded Energy Realty, and shes since grown it into the Eldridge Parkway powerhouse it is today. One reason for Energy Realtys success is Sherrys determination to serve as each clients resource, guide, and friend from the first meeting until long after contracts have been signed. Sherry prides herself on keeping current with the industrys latest trends, and shes adamant that every agent on her team has impeccable marketing and negotiation skills, as well as real-time market knowledge and cutting-edge training.
Continuing education is another cornerstone of Sherrys high-level offering. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a licensed broker associate since 2010, and she holds Graduate, REALTOR Institute and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations. Additionally, while Sherry is not a certified stager, she has become accomplished at the practice, and her elegant staging often commands top dollar.
Outside of real estate, Sherry is a woman of many passions, one of which is her family. Shes the proud mother of three driven, successful adults and the doting grandmother of two. Sherry is also an avid volunteer who is always looking for opportunities to be of service. To unwind, she keeps close to her mountain girl roots by getting outside for a hike, bike ride, or workout.
