My name is Deanna Smith I grew up close to Victoria in the small town of Refugio. I have 3 grown children; Jessica, Jake and Javonna. I now enjoy spending time with our 10 grandkids. My husband, Michael and I built a home in the Mission Valley Area in 2007 and this is where we are in love with the slow pace of living and the peacefulness of the country!
I have been a realtor since 2006 and I specialize in selling homes, land, and ranches. I also have experience with new construction. I have worked with many contractors in building my own 2 personal homes and could share my knowledge with my clients. Being in the real estate industry for 15+ years has allowed me to become familiar with area lenders, appraisers, contractors, surveyors and title companies.
I love working with buyers and sellers and strive to make the process of purchasing or selling property a pleasant experience. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and enjoy helping everyone in their next step in their lives creating memories in a new
