Broker Lori Fowler founded Charitable Realty on the principle of giving back to those who are most in need. The concept, which is copyrighted and trademarked, is simple - Charitable Realty discounts 10 percent of their total commission on each purchase or sale of real property for clients to help fund their favorite 501(c)(3) organization. Before Real Estate, Lori received a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, and an MA & BA in Sociology from California State University. She has published more than 50 academic works, has served as a criminal profiler and has offered over 500 volunteer hours among ten different non-profit organizations. She is a 2nd generation Realtor her father has been in real estate since 1971. She left teaching for real estate in 2011 and founded Charitable Realty in 2012 as a way to benefit her community and keep up the nonprofit ties she established in her community service during the 18 years she was a teacher. In 2012 the firm had one agent but in four years it has grown to be a diverse thirty agent brokerage with overall sales close to $100 million!
